One day, I was eating satay peacefully at the stall, then suddenly two random street singers coming into the food stall and then they started to converse with public :
- Singer A: Hello, I will sing some song to entertain all of you, god bless everyone with good prosper
- Singers B : (singing with squeaky sound)
a few moments later…
- Singers B: Ok, thanks for listening, now give us some money so we can eat~
- Singers B : (offer hat so people can put coins)
- Me : (put 50 rupiah coin or 5 cents in dollar)
- Singers B : (takes a coin from the hat and give back to me)
- Singer B : Sorry we only accept minimum 200 rupiah coin
both singers leave the location afterward…
- Me : (facepalm) Even nowadays singer has pride, they won’t even accept small changes of money.
